At EmpowerLit: Literacy & Beyond, our programs are designed to inspire a love of reading, strengthen self-esteem, and ensure every child feels seen and valued. Through a combination of in-person experiences and creative outlets, we bring literacy to life in ways that spark confidence and belonging.

Author Visits
Author Visits
We bring authors directly into schools to connect with students through storytelling, writing activities, and inspiring conversations. Each visit is a chance for children to see themselves in stories and believe in their own potential.

Literacy Summer Camp
A joyful camp experience where children explore books, creativity, and confidence. The program blends reading with hands-on activities to make literacy fun, engaging, and lasting.

Teen Publishing Company
EmpowerLit provides high school students with the tools to write, edit, and publish their own books. By publishing 5–10 student works annually, we amplify young voices and show teens that their stories matter.

Through the character of Cosmo the Alien, we deliver engaging videos that combine literacy skills with social-emotional learning. This digital platform extends our reach beyond the classroom and helps kids everywhere build confidence through story
